This course is by far the best one I have come across. I often use it before going to sleep and I find that I am fast asleep within just a few minutes. Alana's voice is so therapeutic and calming. Read MoreMeditation is something I've experimented with over the years, so I was excited to start this program. One of my favorite parts was the tension reducing neck exercises. As someone who suffers with neck pain, the mindfulness and attention to a relaxing, slow pace was perfect and extremely helpful. I also loved the mindfulness breathing. This segment was better than other meditation courses I've done in the past because time was taken to really focus on slowing down the breathing to get into a meditative mindset. There is much more I could comment on, but will end by saying the healing white light segment led to a beautiful zen moment that I look forward to repeating many more times. Overall, I highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to recenter and enjoy the deep peace of inner calm.
